Well-Being Programme - Continuation Programme

This programme is for schools that have already been through two surveys in the past 3 years and are confident in administering the survey, feeding back data and understanding the data profile.

The continuation programme gives you an opportunity to run annual 'health check' surveys to check the views and perceptions of staff, without the need for going through the training programme for your wellbeing team. You will receive valuable data to measure the impact, which together with your absence and retention figures will provide evidence of the impact of your staff engagement and wellbeing.

Plus

  • access to wellbeing INSET packages (see below)
  • online resources and activities to support the process
  • reduced rate to the annual Staff Wellbeing and Engagement conference
  • support from the Wellbeing Adviser
  • all survey administration, photocopying, newsletters and web site access
