Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Optum

PPC have developed a comprehensive programme of support specifically for you and have been working successfully with Hertfordshire County Council and a number of schools in the Hertfordshire area, with 30 years’ experience of supporting and developing individuals.

This programme can help right away with:

* For just £6.45 per employee, per annum, your school’s staff can have immediate access to a wide range of support interventions, all of which are completely confidential and are delivered by experts qualified in their field.

  • Free phone telephone access to our 24 Hour Telephone Counselling Service. Face to Face Counselling Service (up to 4 sessions/problem) at a convenient location close to the staff member
  • Telephone advice and information on consumer issues, debt and budgeting, housing, caring for children and dependents, relationships, health etc
  • Access to Optumís EAP Member Portal which is great resource tool with development programmes, mindfulness podcasts, articles and links to resources on a very wide range of themes including sleep, brain health and nutrition. www.livewell.optum.com (please use globaldemo password for tour.)
  • Telephone manager consultation – targeted support for anyone who manages people, to help them manage themselves in difficult or challenging situations
  • Immediate telephone crisis intervention and the following on a Fee-for-Service basis, should they be required
