Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Optum
The current contract with Optum, the current HCC Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, will finish on 31st March 2019. HCC are currently procuring a new contract which will be in place from 1st April 2019. This will be set up as a Framework to enable Schools to call off of it. As soon as the new contract has been awarded we will be in contact to advise on the process to call off the new framework ready for the 1st April 2019.
If you are a school that does not already have an EAP in place, but is interested in having one, then you can either wait for the new EAP framework to be available or to seek other procurement options independently. Optum, the current provider, are no longer able to take on new clients from HCC as the contract will be ceasing on 31st March.’
