School Workforce Survey 2009 - 201068 schols have completed the online survey for the School Workforce team, however to be statistically valid we do need your input. The survey closes on Friday 20th March 2010 and we would really appreciate 10 minutes of your time As you may know, the TDA gives a grant to the LA to support the recruitment, retention and professional development of the school workforce. The School Workforce Development and HR Team (SWD/ HR) is based at Robertson House, Stevenage and works closely with other teams in Standards and School Effectiveness to provide a good service to schools in these areas. In order to ensure that our services meet your needs and to review the effectiveness of our work we should be very grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete this survey. It has been designed to be completed in under 10 minutes and does not require you to refer to any other information or documentation. This survey is more about approximate data and your opinions about a range of workforce issues. Results of the survey will be published on HGfL in the Spring term 2010 and reported to the School Workforce Partnership Group on which you have representatives.
