Site of the Month?
- This site strikes a good balance between looking welcoming and friendly as well as looking professional. It nicely laid out with good navigation.
- There is excellent use of style sheets throughout the site.
- Scanned in drawings by pupils have been dotted around the site; these images are at the correct size, are relevant to the text and help to keep the site interesting.
Further development ideas:
- The pupil zone and the how to find us pages are lacking content at the moment.
- The danger of using the font Times New Roman is that it is a font that is often used by businesses so can look quite corporate. Coupling the text with photos and children's drawings as has been done on previous pages can help, it is also worth paying extra attention to this as the site develops and new pages are added. This will help to keep that friendly and welcoming feel.
