Why is Christ Church School Web Site
of the Month?
- The Christ Church CE School web site is a good example of a small
site that doesn't need too many updates. Although the site is small
it still creates a good first impression and provides lots of useful
& essential information to both existing and potential parents.
- The site is well laid out, has good navigation and is up to date.
- There are good use of PDF documents on the site. PDFs have been used
for any documents that parents may find helpful to print off and refer
to later. Using PDFs has enabled the site to be updated with essential
information quickly without making major updates.
- The 'A Typical School Day' pages with comments from the children is
a great idea and the pages are presented really well. These are a great
way of selling the school to potential parents and children.
Further Development Ideas for Christ Church CE
School Web Site...
- The clubs page has the potential to be developed further. Perhaps
adding more information about each club and/or a timetable of when each
club takes place may be helpful to parents.
Overall, Christ Church CE School is an excellent site.
