The form below will allow you to nominate a Hertfordshire school web site for the 5 Star Web Site award.

Important note: Filling in the form does not guarantee that a site will gain the award, it simply means that it will be considered, often among dozens of other sites. Having lots of people fill in the form (or filling it in yourself multiple times) will not make any difference either!

Please note that this is not a form to 'vote' for a site - it just lets the HGfL team know that a site has features that might make it a candidate for the 5 Star Web Site Award.
