Online Calendars
If you need to keep people inside and/or outside the school informed
about what's going on then an online calendar might be the way to do it.
Some are customisable, some can email you when an appointment or event
is due and all allow an event to repeat at a specified interval.

Calendar
Flexible online calendar. As well as controlling
your own events, appointments and meetings you can send a reminder
email before a calendar entry occurs, import/export your calendar
to/from your Palm Pilot/Microsoft Outlook. You need to sign up
for a Yahoo! ID to use this facility.
