Advice and Support
Our team of librarians can
- assess your approach to book provision
- recommend materials that support the Early Years Foundation Stage goals
- recommend materials to help children develop as individuals and relate to the world around them
Mobile Library
From our mobile library you can
- choose from over 4000 books on your doorstep in an exciting environment
- involve children and staff in the selection process
- purchase pre-selected, high quality, shelf-ready books including flap books, tactile books and other materials to support the development of very young children
- receive up to 10% discount on books purchased
- select a time to suit you
Training and Events
Our extensive training and events programme provides
- inspirational talks from award winning children’s authors and illustrators such as Emily Gravett and Catherine Rayner
- Training aimed specifically at Nurseries and Children’s Centres such as Bounce Clap & Sing and Skills for Successful Storytimes sessions
- a wide variety of training from external experts
- free parking
