County Adviser for Physical Education
Bev Hannibal
Bev is a specialist PE teacher who has been a Head
of Physical Education and a Team Leader in a large FE college. During
this time she developed Sport and Recreation courses and was an Examiner,
Moderator and External Verifier for both vocational and academic courses.
In the past she has been a trainer and Examiner for the YMCA ETM courses
but most recently has worked with Edexcel as a Curriculum Adviser supporting
GCSE, A Level and BTEC courses in Sport and Physical Education.

Adviser for Dance
Clare Mellish
Clare is a specialist teacher of Dance who has over ten year's
experience of teaching dance from pre-school to post 16. She
has taught dance within Physical Education Departments but was
most recently Head of Dance and Drama at a St. Albans Secondary
School. Clare had moderated for both Dance and Drama at GCSE
level and is on the AS/A level examining team. She is also Top
Dance and Top Up Dance (KS1 and KS2) trained.

Nic Holmes
Nic has nearly twenty years experience in sports development in both Local Authorities, and Sport England. He has managed a number of teams that have included: SDO’s, health, schools, youth and inclusion. His focus has been on communities, partnership working and inclusion. More recently he has tutored in FE colleges and been a PDM.
He is the HCC lead on 5-16 PSA and LAA; the 5 hour offer and development of a County Plan. In addition he supports the HSP on the LAA ‘16-24’, the Healthy Schools adviser and NOF community officer.
