Adviser
Nic Holmes
 Nic has twenty years experience in sports development in both Local Authorities, and Sport England. He has managed a number of teams and worked for five different local authorities. He has led on sport development, health promotion, schools, youth and inclusion. He has considerable experience in community inclusion, partnership working and equity.
He has many years experience as a youth worker, he has tutored in FE colleges and been a Partnership Development Manager. For the last four years he has been supporting the schools sports partnerships and specialist sports colleges while linking with community partners in Hertfordshire. All of these experiences are built upon a working knowledge of voluntary and private sector.
