This is a site about race, racism and growing up in Britain and focuses on nine young British people from different backgrounds. They will invite you to their hoem where you can meet their family and friends and share some experiences.

Black history month
Black history month is now a regular annual celebration (during October and November) of the history and culture of ethnic communities across the UK. The BBC site has details on researching your family history and learning about the histories of people from the Caribbean, Asia, Africa and more. Commission for Racial Equality
The Commission for Racial Equality is a publicly funded, non-govermental body set up under the Race Relations Act 1976 to tackle racial discrimination and promote racial equality. It works in both the public and private sectors to encourage fair treatment and to promote equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of their race, colour, nationality, or national or ethnic origin.
