Training & CPD

The Standards & School Effectiveness Division provides a wide variety of support to schools. This can be in the form of consultancy, CPD courses or other forms of training. This page outlines some of the ways in which support can be provided within the subject of History at each of the different key stages. Advisers and consultants are always developing new courses and additional forms of support, so please feel free to make contact to discuss any precise training or CPD requirements that you have.

For further information about support for schools, including costs please see the support pages. Most training takes place in Wheathampstead. For information about the training centre please see the Hertfordshire Development Centre pages.
