Site and Venue Hire

The Centre has been used in the past for training events by:

• Overseas aid providers
• Volunteer expedition organisations
• As well as a  venue for wedding receptions and blessings
• By live role play groups
• Re-enactment groups
• As a base for conferences

Beautiful  Location

The centre is set amongst 90 acres of ancient pasture woodland.

Attractive Hall

The centre has a large attractive hall that over looks the woodland.  It is a modern building with under floor heating and a green roof and a floor area of 17 by 11 m. Fold down trestle tables and benches are available as are stackable chairs. Projector and a screen are also available.

Kitchen
There is a large modern new commercial kitchen attached to the hall giving caterers the capacity to provide for large groups.

The Study Centre
This has 3 rooms which can be hired either individually or together.

Open Spaces Set in a Woodland Landscape

The Grounds
It has a number of open spaces, including a large field that can be used either as a  base for  events, or to set up marquees, or as self pitched camping area.

From April – mid August the centre operates as an out door centre to schools and the centres pre pitched tents are available for hire.

On Site Activities

Hire one of our instructors and you get to offer a whole range of adventurous activities to your clients  including:

• Use of the High rope course
• Climbing wall
• Archery
• Mountain biking
• Low level assault courses
• Team building challenge course

The staff can also instruct in:

• Team building activities
• Bush craft
• Environmental activities

Prices

Hire of Whole site .(excluding meeting rooms  and camping villages)  April – July - £250/day
Hire of Whole site .excluding meeting rooms  July – April £322/day
Hire of Hall  £200/day, inclusive of projector and screen
Hire of study centre block £60/day
Use of shower facilities £50
Instructor/hour  £47.60

Pre pitched tents, camping cabins and large party tents are also available for hire.
