Hertfordshire Music Service promotes all kinds of music for all young people in the county.

Hertfordshire Music Service, a team within Hertfordshire County Council’s Children, School & Families Service is the largest music service in the country. It is also one of the best, having won awards from the National Music Council on five separate occasions.

600 specialist instrumental and vocal teachers deliver instrumental tuition through schools and Music Centres.

Nationally acclaimed County Youth Music Groups including the Hertfordshire County Youth Orchestra
