  • Do all your pupils get a fair deal in your setting?
  • How well do you recognise and overcome barriers to learning?
  • Do your values embrace inclusion and does your practice promote it?
  • Do you use inclusive language in your setting?
  • Do play opportunities reflect the needs of all of the children?
