Introduction
The 'Leadership Essential Resources' section, can be used as a 'first stop shop' for school leaders to find exemplar policies and other resources of use to school leaders via the Hertfordshire Grid for Learning.
In addition to more user friendly groupings of existing resources you will find:
- Links to key documentation on Ofsted/school self evaluation and school improvement
- Examples of model policies, including those statutory or recommended, for adaptation by schools
- Links to those documents and policies which form part of a safeguarding framework for schools
- Summaries of national education policy and guidance from the Bristol Document Summary Service, a service free for Hertfordshire schools.
