Hertfordshire Safeguarding Children Board (HSCB) Training

Hertfordshire Safeguarding Children Board inter-agency training covers a range of subjects related to safeguarding chidren. DSPs should access HSCB Stage 2 Training, which will refresh and update their safeguarding skills and knowledge and will meet the DCSF requirement for DSP training updates.

1. The Stage 1 Introductory Child Protection Awareness Training offered by HSCB is not tailored or intended for school staff
2. In terms of prerequisites, the DSP training day is a Stage 2 course.
