Training and Development - 2011/12

Our extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is designed to support
school staff at all stages of their career, to enhance and broaden their professional knowledge, skills
and expertise, whilst also improving pupils’ learning experiences and achievements. Based on
national and local education initiatives and also areas identified by schools, the CPD programme is

Our training, support and consultancy packages can be delivered flexibly through: twilight sessions;
