With effect from 1 April 2008 Hertfordshire Supplies, which operates within Hertfordshire Business Services will move all its catalogue functions into one team. A new HBS team incorporating Contract Support, Energy Management and the Design and Print portal will be known as Hertfordshire Contract Management Services.
Hertfordshire Supplies is Hertfordshire County Council’s supplies catalogue business providing an extensive range of competitively priced products and services to customers within Hertfordshire. In addition, it supplies several other local authorities, primarily in the south east.
They ensure that all products and services are selected for quality, safety, fitness for purpose and value for money with unbiased, professional purchasing advice and technical support available upon request.
The organisation is ISO 9001:2000 accredited.
