Asset Management Suitability Study Pack
Every LEA is required by the DfES to provide four strands of Asset
Management data in relation to every school, namely condition,
suitability, sufficiency and energy efficiency. We are focusing
on suitability. The LEA is also required to provide the DfES with
accurate measurements of all spaces in every school and related
drawings. In order to obtain the necessary data we will produce
digitised drawings.
We ask you to check the drawings are correct, both on paper and
against the DfES categories and then to fill in any problems encountered
in each individual room. A separate disability survey is included
to enable us to monitor disability issues.
