Housing
Each year, Hertfordshire schools appoint a large number of new
teachers to its schools for September, many of whom are now anxious
to find suitable accommodation before the start of the new school
year in September. We have developed a system for teachers to find
somewhere to live via an Accommodation Register. If you are looking
for affordable rented accommodation in Hertfordshire, check out
what is available.
If you are a landlord looking for a reliable professional as a
tenant, you are invited to place the accommodation you have for
rent on this register, which is now available.
Just log on by visiting:
One of the recruitment team will telephone you very briefly just
to verify the details you have provided.
Your advertisement will appear on the internet and teachers may
contact you directly for further details.
There is no charge for private landlords to use this service.
N.B. Hertfordshire County Council will not be vetting or grading
the accommodation neither will we be carrying out additional checks
on the potential tenant beyond those already completed in order
that the individual may be employed as a teacher in one of our
schools.
