Standards and School Effectiveness operates
a comprehensive school improvement
service for all schools and academies in
Hertfordshire and can provide bespoke support
and training in partnership with individual
schools. The breadth of knowledge of its
school improvement advisers has earned
Hertfordshire local and national recognition.
This allows SSE to build whole school support
packages for schools, creating a ‘team around
the school’ way of working that schools value
so highly.
Specialist support available
from SSE
Our team of advisers excel in their areas
of expertise and are experts in current
approaches to teaching and learning. They can
work with individual members of staff, small
groups, whole-school staff, subject teams
and departments, supply staff, leadership and
management teams, teaching assistants and
support staff and governing bodies.
We can deliver through twilight sessions, whole
staff meetings, departmental or key stage
meetings, one to one work with individual
members of staff, or in-class support and lesson observations.
