How to Book a Place
Please print out and complete a booking form and fax back to us on 01707 281611 or send to Hertfordshire Schools Library Service, New Barnfield, Travellers Lane, Hatfield, Herts AL10 8XG. Alternatively, you can phone us on 01707 281630 to make a booking.
- All bookings are acknowledged by email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within one week please contact us.
- Confirmation of a place is forwarded to the named delegate/s three weeks in advance of the training. Please do not assume you have a place without a confirmation.
SLS cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information.
Cancellation arrangements:
One week – four weeks’ notice = 50% of course fee will be payable
Less than one week’s notice = 100% of course fee will be payable
