School Improvement Cycle

Sustained positive change in inclusion will only come about if inclusion is seen as a whole-school improvement priority. Self evaluation and improvement in inclusion should involve different groups such as parents, pupils, staff, governors and the wider community. Schools need to ask themselves these questions and identify strengths and areas for development in order that improving inclusion is embedded in improving the school as a whole.
