Standards and School Effectiveness provides a range of services to support schools to improve standards and quality including; training, conferences and consultancy for senior leaders, middle leaders, teachers, support staff and governors. This booklet outlines a menu of activities which the secondary curriculum team and others
are able to offer. You will be able to select from the menu to develop a bespoke support
package which addresses the improvement needs of your school. Training for all schools:Each term SSE also publishes details of its training courses to support national and local education initiatives and issues identified by schools. A copy of this training booklet is received by each school in Hertfordshire which details of all courses. What's NewFast forward your curriculum planning for 2012 and beyond: 29 February 2012The course is aimed at a member of the leadership team who has a responsibility for curriculum planning, this could include the person responsible for the school timetable. This one day course is designed to equip curriculum leaders/deputies with current information on national curriculum initiatives. Through a range of presentations, resources and planning discussion activities, you will focus on ways in which you can develop the curriculum in your school for 2012 and beyond.
