ICT in the Primary Strategy

ICT can have a significant impact upon the quality of learning and teaching. This is reflected in its raised profile within the renewed Primary Frameworks. Much of the guidance regarding skills and competencies, especially within literacy, is new. As such, it is expected that schools will seize the opportunity to undertake a programme of professional development to embed the use of ICT to effectively support learning and teaching.
