Story Start films

Story Start films are good way to engage children to write stories, particularly story openings. The following suggestions are available on teachers.tv site.

Wallace and Gromit film: Soccamatic

A short Wallace and Gromit film with a football theme is Soccamatic - available on the BBC website. This is good for encouraging children to write about the interaction between characters and developing characters' feelings in their work.
