Teaching and LearningPlanning Routes into Teacher Education February 2002A report based on 6 months research by Selena Vosper and funded by the Learning and Skills Council. The report contains information about the qualifications of Bilingual and Bicultural Classroom assistants and Complementary and Supplementary School "teachers" and explores the obstacles to the take up of learning and the type of support required. The report goes on to map out routes into teaching and recommends a model that MECSS could adopt to support BCAs who wish to become teachers. Download file:
