Inclusion(SEN / Gifted &Talented / MECSS /Behaviour & Achievement) Promoting inclusion with Post 16 age group involves making provision for Gifted & Talented (G&T) students, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ensuring that the needs of those from minority ethnic backgrounds are met; so that all students are able to achieve their full potential.
