IntroductionThe Hertfordshire Advisory Service is keen to share good practice in the teaching of Mathematics. Meetings have been arranged to which all teachers of the subject are invited. There is no charge for attendance. The events will feature classroom practitioners who will be outlining practical strategies and offering examples of "what works". We hope the network meetings will lead to innovative and diverse teaching approaches in our schools. They will also provide a forum for identification of future training networks, planning conferences and possible research and development projects. These meetings are arranged in different areas, so please feel free to attend any of the sessions – perhaps one is on your way home! Please try to come to these meetings – the more people attending, the better the quality of the sharing and the greater the impact of the meetings. Planned Meeting Dates
