Earth and Space
Our series of globes, maps and solar system models help support classroom
discussion and include:
Helios planetarium
A model of the planetary system together with a star dome. On a circular
base, the model planets revolve at their correct relative speeds around
a central Sun, and the Moon revolves around the Earth. (diameter 38cm.
battery operated)
Orbit orrery
With the hand operated model of the solar system the planets as far as Saturn can be
made to rotate round the Sun on wire supports and the Moon rotates round
the Earth.
Inflatable globes
Both physical and political mapping, 40cm and 50cm diameter globes are available.
Sound, Light and Electricity
