Our 10th anniversary ICT conference was a great successOur 10th anniversary ICT conference was a great success.

Professor Angela McFarlane set the scene with a thought provoking speech challenging us all to consider how we use ICT to enable learners to be active members of the information rich 21st Century.  This was followed by a variety of workshops ranging from free software and webtools to strategic ICT priorities.

Feedback from delegates, exhibitors and presenters has been very positive and we look forward to following the impact this has in classrooms across Hertfordshire.

This was the last ICT conference to be held and we are now busy planning a new National ICT Festival.

This is an exciting development and we will publish full details in the near future.

DCSF research indicates 34% of 12 - 15 year olds also reported being Cyberbullied.  We also know that teachers are reporting incidents of Cyberbullying, often through social networks such as Facebook.
