HABI Your Say - A Hertfordshire Anti-bullying Pupil Voice Initiative

HABI ‘Your Say’ is an exciting and innovative programme which supports pupil voice in anti-bullying across Hertfordshire and is the young people’s consultation group which underpins the Hertfordshire Anti-Bullying Initiative. 

Schools are always seeking more effective ways to gather and feedback on the opinions, experiences, suggestions and solutions of young people. HABI ‘Your Say’ benefits individual schools taking part as well as the county as a whole. 

Our first 4 surveys have been on:

• transition to secondary school and confidence in the system
• bullying about appearance
• cyberbullying
• homophobia

Aspects selected are areas which according to local data are priority concerns.
