Creating a stimulating environment for writing at KS1.

One of the ways that children are encouraged to write, is through providing an exciting role play area in the
classroom.

The summer term’s role playarea was on the rain forest.

The teacher develops links between children’s writing and other areas of the curriculum. Art work and writing is often linked.
