Herts Young Homeless Group (HYHG)
Herts Young Homeless Group (HYHG) is a charity that offers advice and support to young people (aged 16 – 25) who are homeless or in threat of becoming homeless.
HYHG has been funded to provide education sessions about homelessness to schools and youth groups to help prevent young people becoming homeless in the future, the sessions are primarily being aimed at 14/15 year olds. Part of the sessions will involve one or more of our service users ‘telling their story’ to show young people the realities of being homeless.
