Face To Face Spoken And Sign Language Interpreter

All spoken and sign language interpreting must be requested using the e-booking form which is available from Solero. You will need your school number and password to login.

Once submitted, the request will reach the relevant service provider with a copy to the requestor, their line manager (or to the person named on the form) and to intran@hertscc.gov.uk.

The service provider will confirm your booking by email to you with a copy to your line manager, and intran@hertscc.gov.uk
 
All bookings are filled in accordance with the quality standards agreed through INTRAN partnership framework.  Please ensure that you do not put the service provider in a difficult situation by asking for an interpreter who may not be appropriately qualified.  Further information is available from INTRAN pages on Compass.
