Hertfordshire EYFS Progress Toolkit

The Hertfordshire Nursery Learning Record has been superseded by EYFS 'ages and stages' progress tracking toolkit.

SITSS have been working with the Early Years Advisors to create a new toolkit within Assessment Manager 7 in Sims, facilitating schools in the tracking of pupil progress across the ‘Ages and Stages’ development statements in the EYFS.

The toolkit:

• Demonstrates progress across the six areas of learning in the EYFS
• Tracks individuals and cohorts from entry across the Foundation Stage
• Shows which ‘age and stage’ band they are working within
• Shows whether the cohort or individual achievement is below, within or beyond expectation
• Calculates cohort attainment (%)

The toolkit includes Templates to allow the ‘age and stage’ to be recorded on a half-termly basis, a distribution sheet for Nursery and one for Reception and an analysis report. There is also an instructional document.

Price: £75 for the toolkit or £150 for the toolkit plus a short training session in its use.
