Spring Term 2011: March 2011
This publication is aimed at
school leaders in Hertfordshire and
beyond. We intend to publish the
newsletter termly, with three key aims:
- To support you by providing
information about changes that may
affect secondary schools. Currently
things are changing quickly and at the
time of writing we await the publication
of the Education White Paper and the
impact of the Comprehensive Spending
Review. In addition there are
changes to a whole plethora of other
issues that will affect the way schools
will be led and managed in the future.
- To spread good practice from our
schools and beyond
- To give you information about ways in
which we can support you to help
improve the effectiveness of your
school.
We wish to promote the excellent work
that goes on in Hertfordshire secondary
schools and would welcome contributions
to future editions of this newsletter.
If you
have a case study you would like to
share, please e-mail Jackie Trenear jackie.trenear@hertscc.gov.uk.
