Small Schools (Less than 200 Pupils)

Tracy Warner is one of the local authority’s Primary District School Effectiveness Advisers (DSEA) and a Hertfordshire Improvement Partner (HIP). In addition she oversees small schools across the county.

Tracy is on the steering group for the small schools network, a headteacher led partnership where schools work in trios across the county to support school self evaluation. She can offer bespoke training, CPD and consultancy on small school and/or leadership issues (including INSET, workshops, network meetings and 1:1 support).
