This brochure outlines the work of Hertfordshire’s School Effectiveness Advisers and primary improvement team. The content should be useful in supporting you with development and improvement in your school or setting.
Hertfordshire is proud of its strong reputation for providing outstanding support and guidance to primary schools both within its own boundaries and more widely. Within this brochure you will find an outline of the services we can provide, however it is not possible to include everything that can be offered. As a large and successful local authority team, virtually all of our services can be tailored to your needs as schools, settings or as providers of support services for schools.
The Hertfordshire team is a dedicated group of experienced professionals who:
- are highly skilled and have extensive, successful experience as school improvement professionals,
primary school practitioners and leaders
- will always place the child’s learning and achievement at the centre of their work
- are at the cutting edge of current educational thinking and developments
- have extensive, successful experience of working in partnership with schools and other stakeholders
such as parents, governors and local and central government
