Briefing Events for Heads and GovernorsHeadteacher Updates 2013 -14These updates are held termly and sessions are lead by the Heads of Primary and Secondary School Effectiveness. Their purpose is to communicate key operational matters of importance to all schools. They are aimed at headteachers and/or senior staff in schools. Information about headteacher updates is published in the Schools’ Bulletin. Governors BriefingsHertfordshire Association of School Governors (HASG) Area Forums each term give the opportunity for presentations and debates on topics of interests and are timed for two hours. These events are free to any Governor of any school in Hertfordshire. Headteacher Seminars (Primary)These seminars are held termly and are lead by the Head of Primary School Effectiveness. Their purpose is to inform primary headteachers of key operational issues that are of importance to them and to share good practice. The seminars are aimed at headteachers and/or senior staff. The Schools’ BulletinThe schools’ electronic bulletin is published weekly during term time. The purpose of the bulletin is to give schools up-to-date information from teams across the local authority about operational issues. The bulletin is published on The Grid website on Mondays and a reminder is sent to all school admin email accounts on the Friday before. To view the schools’ bulletin online please visit:
