 Hertfordshire Children's Trust Partnership (HCTP)
The Hertfordshire Children's Trust Partnership (HCTP) was officially launched in April 2006. It is a countywide partnership bringing together Hertfordshire organisations that provide services for children and young people. It is playing a leading role in the development and implementation of the Government's Every Child Matters programme.
