Connecting to the InternetSchool IT Systems Support will design, commission and configure school networks for accessing the internet, providing referrals for data cabling, where needed. Once your network is installed and configured, should you have problems with accessing the internet from your whole network, you should contact the Hertfordshire Grid for Learning NTL Help Centre.
If there is a problem with one machine accessing the internet, there may be a configuration fault, in which case you would need to contact SITSS networks support. Telephone: 01438 844777 option 6, or E-mail sitss.network@lea.herts.sch.uk.
