This module enables all SEN details to be created within a child’s record on Sims.net. Using this module to its maximum potential enables paperwork to be dramatically reduced.

These reports enable the population of pupil details from Sims .net directly onto the Herts IEP or Review form. These reports will be found in the Student Focus once imported.

Once details regarding a Review have been added it is possible using the letter icon on the right hand side of the Review Panel to generate the letter to parents. The letter can be amended to reflect your school style. Instructions are available from within Sims .net by using help or accessing the Reporting manual via the Documentation Panel in Sims .net (page 39).

Pupils may be monitored and therefore not on the SEN register these instructions enable you to add that functionality in to Sims .net
