Class Organisation Return

Electronic Return of Class Organisation for Primary and Special Schools

There are two files below:

A word document with step-by-step instructions on how to make your return. Please read this document first.
You do not need to download this file if you have previously downloaded it.

If you have a staggered intake in any term, you must ensure all children are included on your database before the report is run.

For problems relating to downloading, importing, running and returning the report please call the SITSS Helpdesk on 01438 844777 Option 1, and then Option 1.

The return is due within the first 5 days of each term. We look forward to receiving your electronic return at the beginning of each term and will send an email reminder near the time.

Special Schools Electronic Class Organisation Return (SECOR)

Please see the relevant instructions for completing this return. Schools using SIMS should import the report below, following these instructions.

Non SIMS schools will need to create an Excel spreadsheet for the return using the following instructions.
