Overview SecondarySchools can develop and maintain a comprehensive single database of assessments covering all their locally identified requirements and including National Curriculum records, exam data, and attendance outcomes. The approach marries power and functionality with accessibility and user-friendliness. Schools are able to transfer both assessment definitions and results electronically, sharing this data either with other schools or the Local Education Authority. Schools are able to use a range of powerful analysis tools either to compare the performance of specific groups against expectation or to use benchmarking tools to set meaningful targets based on the prior attainment of pupils. Communication of progress to both parent and pupil is important. Users are able to generate a range of interim or full reports on their pupils, including recorded assessments, progress charts and free text, whilst taking advantage of a polished Microsoft Word output.
