Symptoms

The update to the 2009-10 Attendance Academic year will require a revised report to be added to SIMS.net in order that the attendance marks for academic year 2009-10 can be viewed through the Hertfordshire Learning Platform.

Following the change to the academic year 2009-10, you may find that the RM Data Extractor component does not function correctly. The symptoms will be that:

If an OLD version of the RMStudentAttendanceInfoV1.RptDef SIMS.net report is running no attendance data will be uploaded to the Learning Platform for the Academic year 2009-10
