Hertfordshire Learning Platform

Symptoms

The update to the 2008-09 Attendance Academic year will require a revised report to be added to SIMS.net in order that the attendance marks for academic year 2008-09 can be viewed through the Hertfordshire Learning Platform.

Following the change to the academic year 2008-09, you may find that the RM Data Extractor component does not function correctly. The symptoms will be that:

• If an OLD version of the RMStudentAttendanceInfoV1.RptDef SIMS.net report is running no attendance data will be uploaded to the Learning Platform for the Academic year 2008/-09

Action

Please read the following notice decided which option applies to your school and take the appropriate action.

1. If your school has not been trained on the use of the Hertfordshire Learning platform and therefore does not have the RM Data Extractor tool installed you will not need to take any further action!
2. Please download and follow these instructions;
