Equipment Repair Services

Services are available either as a Contract or Pay as You Use basis.

Four different levels of contractual service available: Top of the range – rapid response, services are designed for your key computers which are essential for running school administration systems.

Our Pay as You Use service provides:

Comprehensive support for:

  • PC type computers Pentium IV and above, including mouse and keyboard

More limited support for:

  • PC type computers below Pentium IV, including mouse and keyboard
  • Scanners
  • Laptop computers
  • Digital cameras

Due to the continuous, rapid expansion of ICT equipment we find it impossible to offer support for all equipment.

Where possible SITSS will try to assist with hardware and software we are not familiar with. However, we are unable to offer a support contract for such items and would recommend extending your manufacturers warranty if additional cover is required. If an item fails after 3 years it maybe more cost effective to purchase a new one, including:

  • Printers
  • Monitors

Where alternative service providers are used you need to ensure they can restore all applications and data, or SITSS can complete this after on a chargeable ‘per incident’ basis.
