Technical Telephone Support

The support offered relates to hardware faults, various printing problems, lost connections (on a peer to peer network), Internet connections and backup problems. Many of these can be resolved over the phone, which saves time and minimises inconvenience.

Platforms Supported:
  • Windows 2000 SP4 workstation – including Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater
  • Windows XP Pro SP2 workstation (Recommended) – including Internet Explorer 6 or greater
Limited Support for:
  • Windows 98 – including Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater
  • Windows NT4 Workstation - including Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater
We Do Not Support:
  • Windows 95 or earlier
  • Windows Millennium
  • Windows XP Home
  • Windows XP Pro SP1 workstation
