Children's Centres - eSTART

eStart is the software used throughout Children’s Centres in Hertfordshire to aid efficiency and reduce administration. Training courses are run on a regular basis and all Children Centre Managers are notified of the dates relevant to the phase of the centre. 

Termly User groups are held at Robertson House, Stevenage, enabling centre staff to meet administrative and eStart support staff as well as one another. This encourages and supports good practice in children's centres. A proposed agenda is published with the invite to allow for input from centre staff and suggestions for the agenda are warmly welcome. Once again Centre Managers are notified of these dates and asked to book at least one member of staff to attend.

Please ensure you leave your Children Centres name and number, your name and a brief description of your query. 

Capita have now entered postcodes into the eStart system. If when entering an address the system does not allow you to continue please e-mail the full address and postcode to the MIS Service Desk
