Importing Results from Assessment Manager 7 (SIMS Users Only) - UPDATED

For those schools using Assessment Manager 7 in SIMS, a document giving step-by-step instructions on how to import results from AM7 into CASPA is available. This document will be updated each academic year. Please ensure that you have the most up to date version of the document.

 

2011/2012 Upgrades

The 2011/2012 Upgrade document is now available for download. Please use this document to help you complete your upgrade and import of basic pupil data into SIMS.

Please note: schools using SERCO Facility please refer to this document as there are some basic instructions included.

 

CASPA Pupil Data 2011 Report (SIMS Users Only)

The following report, allows you to transfer basic pupil data from SIMS into CASPA either at the beginning of the academic year, or to refresh basic pupil data during the year to update any new starters/leavers at your school. This report is provided as part of the upgrade and only needs to be downloaded and imported if the report has been accidentally deleted/removed from your system.

CASPA Reporting Catalogue

The CASPA Reporting Catalogue contains details of all reports currently available in CASPA. These reports are essential for analysing CASPA data. The catalogue will be updated every academic year after each upgrade. Please ensure that you have the most up to date version of the catalogue.

CASPA Annual Data Collection Return

At the end of each academic year you will be asked to create and upload an export file of results for pupils that have been recorded in CASPA. An instruction document explaining how to create the export file and upload onto the S2S website is provided for your use. This instruction document will be updated towards the end of each academic year. Please ensure that you have the most up to date version of the document.
